**   Spot Registrations are entertained  but Publication of Abstract in Proceedings of the International Conference and                          Publication of Paper in International Journal will not happen.

Refund Policy: Before 15 days of the Conference, Registration Fee can be adjusted for Next Conference but refund is not possible.
